We started out one hot July day in the summer of 2003 in eastern El Paso County, Colorado in a trailer...

Our setup when Scrizzle first started DJin' consisted of a Discman pocket cd player, a old old Toshiba Satellite laptop, a Pyramid PM4001 mixer + PA800X amp, and a couple of Pyle Audio DJ speakers. For lights, we had a couple strobes and a blacklight.

In August 2003, We booked our first show: A wedding.
That was the one gig that either made or broke us. We succeeded, and we grew after that. We have not stopped growing our business...

We want to provide only the best for our clients with just a few philosophies: Take great care of your clientele... And ALWAYS GIVE 120%!

A word about our music and our ethics:
There are DJs in the area sometimes will use bootlegged CDs and illegally downloaded music at your party.
This is very against the law - it is stolen music. By not buying it, they are exposing themselves to legal action by record companies, artists, and other industry representives.

We buy ALL of our music. ALL of the digital releases we buy come from Emusic, Beatport or the iTunes Music Store. CDs are bought locally, usually at Independent Records or Twist and Shout in Denver. Sometimes, one of us is in a local thrift shop and we uncover some dusty old gem on vinyl.
Regardless of origen, all our music is bought/obtained legally.
